The first group is done this morning with the fitness testing at the NHL Scouting Combine.
Guys who have stood out in a good way: Mark McNeill with his size and musculature. This kid is a beast with the arms of a pro wrestler- some of the most impressive thickness and natural strength for an 18-year-old. Rare physical specimen who is ahead of the power curve among his peers. Jamie Oleksiak and Tyler Biggs also stood out for their size and physical prowess.
Oleksiak and Rocco Grimaldi were together backstage behind the TSN platform a few moments ago and we were able to shoot some quick video of the two of then standing side-by-side.
We'll have much more on the fitness testing later.
