Veterans Day and Remembrance Day

As a U.S. military veteran, it's a day for reflection for those who have served and those who acknowledge it.

For our brothers and sisters in Canada and other countries in the Commonwealth (Armistice and "Poppy" day elsewhere), it's a much more solemn occasion, as we remember their troops who made the ultimate sacrifice in wartime.

This is not a political post, just an acknowledgement of what is. And prayer of thanks and continued safety for those deployed around the world.
